At sswas.in, we take pride in the quality of our handmade products. Due to the unique nature of our items, please review our policies below carefully before making a purchase.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Due to the nature of handmade soap products, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at customercare.sswas@gmail.com. For any Returns
  2. Provide your order ID and photos/videos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  3. Our team will review the issue and guide you through the return process.
  4. Return should be Done within 4 Days

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
  • If the refund is accepted the money will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 Days.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled if the shipping address is outside our courier service’s radius. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or special promotions are not eligible for returns.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or scent are inherent to handmade products and are not considered defects.

Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
