Eligibility for Returns
- Due to the nature of handmade soap products, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Return Process
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at customercare.sswas@gmail.com. For any Returns
- Provide your order ID and photos/videos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- Our team will review the issue and guide you through the return process.
- Return should be Done within 4 Days
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- If the refund is accepted the money will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 Days.
Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled if the shipping address is outside our courier service’s radius. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on sale or special promotions are not eligible for returns.
- Minor variations in color, texture, or scent are inherent to handmade products and are not considered defects.
