4.1. Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged during transit.
4.2. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of the issue (e.g., photographs).
4.3. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
