1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
Refunds or replacements are only applicable if:
- The product received is damaged during transit
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product received is defective
To request a refund or replacement, customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Order details
- Clear photographs/videos of the damaged or defective product
- Images of the packaging (if applicable)
2. Replacement Policy
If your request is approved, we may provide a replacement product based on product availability.
Replacement requests are only accepted once per order/product.
3. No Refund on Replaced Products
If a replacement product has already been provided for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, no further refund request will be accepted for the same order/product.
Once the replacement has been successfully delivered, the order will be considered resolved.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
