1. Bucket Bath
Fill bucket with warm water
Add 1-2 tablespoons of bath salt
Stir until dissolved
Let it descend over you
2. Shower
Begin with a full rinse
Dissolve 1 tablespoon of bath salt in a mug
Let it descend over you
Rinse again
3. Bath Tub
Fill tub with warm water
Add 1-2 tablespoons of bath salt
Mix until dissolved
Settle into the soak
